How has your military experience helped you in your career at Syneos Health?

My military experience has directly impacted my decision making, and has also afforded me the ability to apply critical thinking, planning, change management, and most importantly, attention to detail. During my time here at Syneos Health, I've seen a lot of change, and much as it is with the military, you are required to readjust and execute to ensure a smooth transition while not realigning your goals. 

Why should veterans choose to work at Syneos Health?

What I love most about working here is simply the focus on development. I have never worked with a company before where leadership encourages personal growth. Not only is personal growth encouraged, it is driven. I recommend veterans to consider Syneos Health because of the support and commitment to their employees. While deployed, my colleagues took it upon themselves to send care packages while I was abroad. From colleagues to leadership here at Syneos Health, I have received nothing but positive support.  

How does working here differ and exceed where you have worked previously?

Opportunity. There are so many opportunities within the organization, you are never kept in a box. I also love the collaboration when it comes to decision making. Previous employers of mine wouldn't think to include on ground/in the trench employees when making business decisions, but I don't see that here. I feel confidence in sharing my ideas with key decision makers and I know they respect my contributions.
