How has your military experience helped you in your career at Syneos Health?

I utilize the skills I gained from my military career, such as strategic thought planning and preparation, in my civilian career. I had the ability to quickly adapt within the medical sales environment gaining greater in-depth product knowledge and confidence over time. This lead to more senior roles and eventually working within a pharmaceutical setting developing and working with specialist and key opinion leaders elevating to my current role as a National Business Director.
