Am I able to apply for more than one job at a time?
Yes. Once you create a profile, you are invited to apply for as many positions that you are interested in. You will receive an automatic notification that confirms we have received your application.

Can I keep more than one resume on file? Am I able to edit a previously submitted resume?
Yes. Once you create a profile, you may update your original resume or upload additional versions of your resume at any time. You can assign a unique name to each version to help you stay organized. 

What if I don’t see a position I’m interested in now?
Please join our Talent Network. You can create a profile and receive ongoing updates about Syneos Health. In addition, you can follow us online on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.  This also allows our Recruiters to find you when opportunities become available.

How can I receive job notification emails?
Type in your desired keywords and location within the search box and hit "Search". On the Search Results page, click on the “Receive Job Notifications Which Match This Search” button just above the search reults. Enter your email address and select the frequency you would like to receive these notifications. 

How long does my application stay active in your system?
Applications do not expire in our system. However, we highly recommend updating your profile should your contact information change. We also encourage you to ensure your profile reflects your curent employment status and education.

I submitted my application online.  What are the next steps?
A Syneos Health recruiter will review your resume to evaluate if your education, experience, skills, and interests align with the requirements of the role.  If Syneos Health is interested in advancing your application, you will receive direct communication from a recruiter to initiate a conversation or to complete an online assessment if required.

How do I find the status of my online application?
After you login to your account, you have the ability to view your current application status.  This section can be accessed through the ‘My Account’ area.

I have forgotten my account login information.  How can I retrieve this?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link to recover your login information.

I was sent a link to a job but when I click on it, the page says this job cannot be found.  What does this mean? 
If you can no longer view a posting on our careers site, it has been removed by a recruiter and is no longer active.

I am an internal employee. How do I refer a candidate for an open position? 
Ask your referral to create a profile and apply directly to the open position on our careers site.  Please ensure they note you as a Referral under Source and Referred by Employee under Specific Source within the Profile Criteria section.

I was referred by an employee. Where do I indicate this?
Within the Profile Criteria section, select Referral under Source and Referred by Employee under Specific Source.

What can I expect in terms of email and/or virtual communications from Syneos Health?

  • Any email communications related to Syneos Health jobs will initiate from a syneoshealth.com email address. We will not contact you via Gmail, Yahoo or other addresses besides our corporate domain (@syneoshealth.com).
  • Email communications from our company will never request sensitive financial or personal information such as social security number, passport information, date of birth, credit card numbers, or banking information.
  • Syneos Health will also never send checks or ask for money transfers or payments from applicants to secure a job.
  • We also do not conduct job interviews via Instant Messaging platforms (AOL Instant Messaging, Trillian, Skype) or SMS.
  • Should you have any doubts about the authenticity of any type of communication from, or on behalf of Syneos Health, please contact our office before taking any further actions.
