Our Employee Resource Groups
When we bring together diversity of thought, backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and perspectives – we’re able to build a place where everyone belongs. These past several months have brought us closer together to share how we feel, who we are and to be open to asking for support when we need it. One of the ways we’re bringing this to life is with our own Employee Resource Group (ERG) communities – created by employees and led by employees.
These communities are available to everyone at Syneos Health. Joining them provides an opportunity for fellowship surrounding a shared cause, networking, and growth: both professionally and personally. Your voices are critical in informing us how we can ensure inclusion and best serve all of our employees.
