Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to become an expert in client services. You will be expected to lead accounts, driving high levels of satisfaction and seeking out new business opportunities as the main senior point of contact.

 

Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of client services teams and accountability for meeting the business objectives of the clients, both strategically and financially.

 

You will be seen as a key ambassador for the company and its values.

 

Responsibilities

Client Services Management

•Oversee management/delegation of tactical and administrative processes
•Use the strength of client relationships to secure agency business and ensure client satisfaction
•Take the lead on strategic, creative and digital planning; oversee the team on deliverables
•Be an expert in the client’s business

Product/Task Leadership and Accountability

•Provide strategic guidance to the team to enable successful project execution, and identify and address potential issues
•Recognise wider agency cross-discipline opportunities and take a larger role in new business opportunities

Business Management

•Oversee client-related financial and business operations for the team
•Ensure financial management and budget compliance, anticipate and report on issues
•Apply sound business insight and judgment in the best interests of the agency and our clients
•Build expertise in identifying and enabling organic growth opportunities and learn to mine for new prospects

Team Orientation/ Collaboration

•Be the example for professionalism and work ethic on the account team
•Serve as the day-to-day champion of the brand, internally and externally
•Create an environment that fosters idea sharing to achieve strategic goals
•Take ownership of developing mid-level staff and teaching them how to be future leaders
•Manage direct reports effectively by providing constructive and actionable feedback

Job Requirements

•Degree educated
•Agency experience
•The ability to coordinate multiregional client teams – globally and locally
•Extensive healthcare advertising experience gained from an agency environment
•Strong people management skills with a passion for nurturing junior staff members
•Experience working on digital projects
•Excellent verbal and listening communications skills
•Confident when delivering presentations
•Proactive and solution-focused – the ability to anticipate client requirements
•Resilience and gravitas
•Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
 Fluent in English and French native or ENglish native and French speaker
