Description
The role of the Specialty Representative (SR) is to support the launch of a new molecule in the insomnia space – specifically calling on psychiatrists. Within their assigned territory the SR will be responsible for bringing about understanding of the role of the drug and its data by clearly articulating product attributes and benefits to specialists, and how this innovation changes patient outcomes versus currently available therapies. The SR will create partnerships with insomnia thought leaders, establishing, and connecting a strong network of specialists to understand barriers to optimal insomnia treatment and facilitate the network to develop solutions to remove barriers.
With a clear understanding of the specialists’ practices, the SR will develop and implement plans at multiple levels: Individual physician, organized medical team, and for groups of physicians who may share practice types, barriers or opportunities.
