The Syneos Health Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the primary field-based point of contact for external HCP & stakeholders across their assigned region. Within their assigned territory the KAM will be responsible for supporting the launch and the promotion of our customer’s product, a wakefulness promoting agent for excessive daytime sleepiness. The KAM is required toidentify KOL’s and target HCP’s across their region to create advocacy.  

Responsibilities

  • Coverage of an agreed region the KAM will identify, map and develop stakeholder value-based interactions whilst ensuring alignment to national and regional launch strategy targeting of business-critical HCPs that lead to optimal growth and access for patients to our customer’s medicines will be critical to success 
  • Develop, implement, and monitor progressive key account business plans that are aligned with the national strategy 
  • Achievement of sales and activity targets and KPIs in line with company expectations and brand strategies 
  • Develop, communicate, and track key account business plans, ensuring a stakeholder map of key influencers drives targeting of business-critical HCPs that lead to optimal growth and access for patients to our customer’s medicines 

Job Requirements

  • Key Account Management experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry 
  • Life Sciences Degree (BSC). 
  • Fulfils legal requirements for medical reps in country e.g. (Germany §75) (Italy ISF) (UK ABPI) (France having sufficient scientific knowledge, attested by one of the diplomas, titles or certificates listed in the law Art L5122-11 or L5122-12 of the Public Health Code,) 
  • Experience working in a customer-facing pharmaceutical KAM role.
