The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will operate as the subject-matter expert by educating HCPs and/or office staff on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the clients’ product. In this role, the FRM will play a pivotal part in working toward securing continued patient access to the client product prescribed to them by their HCPs. The FRM will educate appropriate HCPs and/or their office staff on how the product is covered under the patient benefit design (Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid) to facilitate appropriate patient access. The FRM will also need to collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Market Access, and Field Sales, while abiding by all corporate and industry policy and procedures.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000-$132,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
