Overview
The BD Account Manager role plays a fundamental part in the success of the BD team ensuring the smooth running and knowledge sharing across the business units. You will work closely with all Europe Business Development team members to support new business and organic growth opportunities ensuring all activities are captured in relevant reporting, as well as providing company experience and project management support across responses. The BD Account Manager will drive a Learning and Development calendar of activity and collaborate with wider business functions to deliver new content to teams across Europe.
This role will include liaising with business unit leads across European Communications, business development, and wider functions to maintain Syneos Health knowledge management. You will be interacting with European and Global Business Development teams to create and provide regular performance updates. Continuously monitor and maintain data quality of the Salesforce.com system and ensure the European business is compliant with its use.
