The successful Sales and Marketing Manager will have an exceptional track record in leading sales success and new product launches. You will have the energy and drive to lead new opportunities for business growth, tenaciously removing barriers and building your business in the Nordics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales and activity targets and KPIs in line with company expectations and brand strategies
  • Develop and implement key account business plans, ensuring a stakeholder map of key influencers drives targeting of business-critical HCPs that lead to optimal growth and access for patients to the medicine
  • Develop and implement marketing omni-channel promotional strategies effectively and to the right customers for KAM’s to deliver brand messages to the preferences of a wide range of HCPs
  • Create and manage data insights to ensure that accounts and HCPs are optimally targeted through CRM to allow effective levels of coverage and frequency that will drive regular and targeted influencing of the HCPs that have biggest impact on sales and sales growth

Job Requirements

  • Experience, in a 1st line commercial / sales leadership role, within both a primary and secondary care environment
  • Life sciences and / or business-related degree
  • Experience of launching products / brands
  • Experience developing and implementing creative and innovative marketing omni-channel promotional strategies
  • Experience engaging with and aligning activities with marketing, medical affairs and market access for optimal commercial output
  • Excellent planning and organisation, financial management, operational capability and business acumen
  • A solid understanding of the local health care systems across the Region
