Responsibilities
The TM is primarily responsible for the successful delivery, execution, and management of all training-related needs. The TM is expected to comprehend and communicate materials and must possess effective facilitation and communication skills. As a partner to sales management, should be knowledgeable of complex customer environments and highly competent in the skills necessary to navigate these environments. The TM may also be expected to comprehend and communicate the disease state, marketplace, and product-specific materials.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:
-Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales
-In-depth understanding of best practices in learning strategy development and execution and in employee engagement
-Proven experience with curriculum development and delivery methodologies and best practices
-Experience with creation of innovation and program-building within a high growth, evolving environment
-Strong consultative skills and proven ability to make persuasive recommendations based on business rationale
-Experienced in thinking strategically and tactically both short and long term relative to customer and industry
-Proven ability to connect customer needs with available solutions
-Experience with working in and managing ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
-Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving needs of the company, making consistently strategic recommendations to company leadership
-Proven communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
