Mis à jour: Today
Emplacement: Nationwide, United States
Identification d’emploi: 148626

Overview

You’re driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart.

You love a good challenge. You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and you always come out on top. Passable doesn’t cut it – you’ve got fire in your belly to learn more, do more and be more. For you, the sweetest success.

The Global Risk Management & REMS (GRMR) Solution Design Manager role within the Syneos One team is responsible for driving the development of select pitches, engaging with business unit (BU) partners to collect and collate relevant materials, creating client-facing content, and supporting special projects. The GRMR Solution Design Manager is aligned to the GRMR Function. All Syneos One Solution Design Managers are expected to devote at least 50% of their capacity supporting the area or Lead to which they are aligned. The remaining capacity should be spent on driving select pitches and follow-up activities, special projects, and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of select pitches to which the Solution Design Manager is assigned, including setting a development timeline, creating consistent BU-facing communications, facilitating BU meetings and subject matter expert (SME) interviews, ensuring multiple stakeholders are meeting multiple deadlines, and driving a final presentation with a consistent story.
  • Take detailed discussion notes and capture follow-up action items during client-facing pitches and meetings.
  • Work closely with the GRMR Strategy Lead to drive development of any follow-up activities from initial pitch to SOW development. These activities can range from expected activity and budget modifications to a series of in-depth client workshops.
  • Design working session approaches, develop content, and facilitate working sessions as needed.
  • Consolidate functional content into high-quality, client-facing materials for review by the Vice President GRMR Strategy, meeting all deadlines. This will both facilitate and require the Solution Design Manager to become familiar with the functional area, including the key BU stakeholders, standard activities and budgets, and triggers for critically examining aspects of a proposed approach.
  • Support the consolidation of solution budgets and pricing models including staffing plans within GRMR area. Support cross-functional budget consolidation or support adjustments to the functional budgets at the direction of the GRMR Strategy Lead.
  • Storyboard content and develop client-facing content independently for review by the GRMR Strategy Lead.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for special projects, including internal Syneos One cross-department workstreams, while independently managing deadlines and competing commitments.
  • Communicate detailed, appropriate direction to international support staff; effectively manage upward and amongst peers.
  • Drive broad organizational understanding of GRMR related activities and capabilities, where applicable.
  • Other GRMR duties and special projects, as assigned.
