Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. In this role, you'll work across dermatology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology in promoting products to help patients suffering with immunologic disorders representing a successful, results-driven pharmaceutical company with a culture of collaboration and innovation. The selected professional will report to the Syneos Integrated Talent Manager/DM and will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the clients sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
  • Utilizing all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
  • Planning and organizing activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
  • Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative  
  • Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Geo-flexible and open to relocation
  • Strong collaboration skills required
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self motivated with an ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Must have excellent analytical and  technical skills working with MS Office
  • Experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $64,000 - $70,375.  The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.  Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.  In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
