Director, Commercial Compliance & Ethics

Overview

In this role, you will lead and develop top tier senior professionals devoted to achieving our organizational goals. You will take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating strategy, policies, and procedures that will impact multiple areas and client accounts.
• Lead employees to conduct business on behalf of clients in a manner that is consistent corporate compliance and any applicable client corporate compliance or ethics rules.
• Act as a compliance and ethics role model and ambassador to create awareness and promote compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and other corporate compliance policies.
• Provide support to business development and business leadership to launch new client lines of business or existing client additional lines of commercial business, including developing new or adapting existing commercial compliance policies, procedures, training and educational requirements and operational compliance oversight mechanisms

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: 

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, in a healthcare related field and relevant work experience in a compliance role with a company, preferably in the healthcare (bio/pharma/med device) industry.
• Development and implementation of compliance training programs; experience with learning systems
• Policy development and implementation
• Business process improvements/project management

Desired Requirements:

• Compliance-related databases
• Interaction with regulators/agencies, clients, and upper management
• Investigations; development and implementation of corrective actions
