Overview

An opportunity to join our customer, a privately owned international pharmaceutical company, as their new Sales Director in Germany. Join an organisation undergoing year on year growth and expanding their capabilities across their primary fields of business; Gynecology, Urology, Nephrology, Diabetology, Oncology and substitution treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Drives the commercial growth of our customer in Germany
  • Develops, implements and ensures successful commercial planning with existing as well as new products
  • Launch planning in strong collaboration with the GM Germany and Sales and Marketing Manager for new Rx products in Germany
  • Reviews Marketing and Sales plans as provided by Sales and Marketing
  • Analysis of market potential and targeting review
  • Serves as the main point of contact for discussions with healthcare providers at a national level
  • Supports the overall European growth of our customer

  • Experience in leading teams (at least at the level of a regional manager)
  • Good understanding of the German healthcare market – in particular in OTC and Rx
  • Fulfils the legal requirements as set by §75 of the German Medicines Act
  • Driving license class B
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly communicative and able to provide insights in a clear and comprehensive manner
  • Ability to take decisions under uncertain circumstances and accept accountability
  • A clear focus on results
