Responsibilities

You will help execute strategies designed to communicate “Why Syneos Health” to talent from the life sciences industry. You will bring new ideas and tactics to the forefront to attract and retain the best of the best. You’ll make an impact by:

  • Executing global Syneos Health employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent through high-quality, authentic storytelling
  • Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and executions, and editing videos for recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Evaluating ROI for social media channels; advertising, email, and text campaigns; careers site traffic; and job boards
  • Ensuring employer brand consistency across digital and social properties 

Job Requirements

  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • A strong desire to build marketing content to include social media posts, employee testimonial videos, email campaigns, etc.
  • Support the Recruitment Branding and Marketing team with other assets and projects, as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  
  • High attention to detail   
  • Ability to work in matrix environment and a part of global team   
  • Proficiency in Internet applications, demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word. Preferred knowledge working within Canva.
