As a member of the Global Commercial Recruiting Team, the Talent Acquisition Training Intern will be primarily responsible for assisting and supporting the Recruitment Team with documenting training requirements and writing training materials.  The Talent Acquisition Training Intern will work with the team to identify system and process specifications and utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to develop materials.

Responsibilities

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Working across GCRS to learn job role and system requirements
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Effectiveness Training Manager to support a system go-live
  • Become comfortable with the recruitment tools that source, identify and pre-qualify specific skill sets of professionals for priority positions as determined 
  • Duties and responsibilities may vary based on client demands and cyclical staffing environment. 

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Communications or similar
  • Able to develop rapport with others and work in a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
  • Proficiency in Internet applications, major job boards and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
