This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. In this role, you'll partner with a leading pharmaceutical company one of Syneos Health's long-term clients and most robust relationships promoting a "medical food".

While reporting to the Syneos Health District Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing the client's sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
  • Utilizing all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
  • Planning and organizing activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
  • Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative
  • Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ Years of Customer Service, Inside Sales, B2B, or Pharmaceutical Sales experience
  • Proven track record of success with outside selling experience
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Must have excellent analytical and technical skills working with MS Office
