Overview

Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You’ll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo – you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.

Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns:  social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders – just to name a few!

Within the walls of GENICOS you will find an environment of collaboration. Our culture breaks down barriers and avoids departmental silos. We believe that creative, account, digital, strategy (both brand and medical), and support are not so much departments as they are part of the “essential collective” that have cemented our philosophy that everyone is an idea person. This is an expectation for every associate and our invitation to every client. GENICOS is not siloed according to our talents; we are united by our passion.

GENICOS is part of Syneos Health Communications, a purpose-built collective of agencies focused on supporting health and biopharmaceutical innovators. We work in scalable, collaborative teams that partner across disciplines and geographies to deliver integrated communications strategies that accelerate brand performance. In today’s fast-changing and complex environment, success lies in making connections: between science, emotion, and technology; between data, design and human insight.
