• DE&I events:   Syneos is active with multiple DE&I programs, ERG (employee resource) groups, focus on health equity initiatives and a DE&I council with representatives across industry.  Discover the roles and functions within our organization.

• Networking/Bonding Virtual Events:   Opportunities for interns across Syneos to meet and engage for cross talk and learning; Meet & Greet programs live and virtual formats for added networking.  Interns are randomly paired with other interns to make meaningful connections through special programs and presentations.  Interns have the opportunity to present their final project as a poster to internal Syneos colleagues and other interns.
