Our Research and Analytics Group is growing and looking for a media monitoring specialist who will provide support for at least one daily monitoring report, ad hoc requests, and analysis for our pharmaceutical and healthcare communications clients. Members of our team work on digital/social analytics, social listening, media monitoring/analytics, stakeholder research, market research, and many other custom research projects for the public relations agencies of Syneos Health. This role reports to one of the Digital Analytics or Research Directors on our matrixed team.
Responsibilities include reviewing media and/or social content via monitoring platforms and developing client-ready reports. The candidate will also maintain coverage trackers, analyze media coverage and social conversation for trends, conduct benchmarking, and support research projects across the team depending on skill set and interests. Depending on level of experience, the role may include coordinating across the team to staff assignments and project management.
