Responsibilities
The primary role of the Medical Affairs Training Manager/Leader is to create and lead the development of medical affairs training strategy, resource requirements, & plan for field execution in APAC.
This role will be responsible for the development, guidance, and/or execution of the Medical Affairs curriculum; scientific, technical, and complementary skills needed primarily for Medical Science Liaisons and other Medical Affairs functions. The incumbent is responsible for the successful development, delivery, execution, and management of all Client’s training-related needs as well as Syneos Health personnel. The LDL is expected to comprehend and communicate the disease state, and product-specific materials and must possess effective facilitation and communication skills.
The incumbent will work with SH Medical Affairs leaders, Learning Solutions and Business Development colleagues across the APAC region to address internal and clients’ MS training needs, while customizing the contents and delivery to local linguistic and cultural needs.
