Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. More specifically:

The Recruiting Administrator performs administrative duties to support the Recruiting Department including receiving and tracking applicant material, updating and maintaining appropriate databases and organizing interview travel/interview schedules for candidates. Candidates must have exceptional time management skills and attention to detail in order to multitask. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • (Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)
  • Assist in managing internal and external job postings 
  • Perform data entry, track resumes, and maintain the resume database
  • Act as primary contact for external job postings
  • Enter and maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary
  • Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)
  • Visually screen, accept, and route resumes that come in via online and respond to email and phone inquiries directed to the Recruiting department
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team
  • Manage various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis (ability to multitask)

 

 

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Education

  • Associates Degree

 Experience

  • 2 years of  prior administrative experience
  • 1 year of HR/Staffing experience preferred

Skills

  • Interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as needed
  • Ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic

Competencies

Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
