Responsibilities

This Opportunity

The US Deployment Solutions Account Activation team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on client implementations and account activations/start-up. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn about Project Management by working with the Account Activation team to:

What You’ll Do

• Be exposed to different project management and business methodologies and strategies
• Prepare internal and client facing materials (internal and client-facing meeting agendas, meeting collateral including documentation of decisions and actions)
• Assist with the implementation of change management approach required for the Smartsheet PM tool implementation
• Assist Account Activation PMs with project timelines and milestone management

This is a 12-week internship; full-time over Summer 2023.

Job Requirements

Your Skills & Expertise

• Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business, communications
• Past internship experience or work managing projects a plus
• Interest in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
• Proficient with PowerPoint
• Knowledge of or exposure to SmartSheet – ability to learn/become proficient
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, highly creative, strategic thinker, self-motivated, ability to solve problems
