This opportunity is part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.

This role will provide critical oversight supporting the client’s marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers in both an outbound and inbound sales and support capacity. In the assigned territory, the specialist will utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. The VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physician groups.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute in a compliant manner marketing and sales direction to achieve territory objectives
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of aligned targets. 
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic interactions with assigned targets.
  • Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre-/post-call analysis proficiency
  • Work with internal client regulatory and medical affairs and Engagement Center Call Center Manager to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs
  • Understand and utilize Telephony system and record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum required
  • 1+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical, B2B, or related
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Strong Account Management and collaboration skills required
  • Experience in digital, tele or related multi-channel
  • Technical/computer proficiency including MS Office
  • Self-motivated with strong performance orientation; expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success via e-promotion
  • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Advanced business acumen skills
