Overview
The RPM Program Operations Manager is a senior individual contributor or new manager providing operations support to the range of RPM projects. They are primarily responsible for evaluating, configuring, implementing, and maintaining systems, applications, and tools to support the organization, tracking, and completion of client deliverables. With RPM leadership oversight, expectations include the ability to structure and complete projects on time and to communicate proactively and effectively with team members and project management.

- Learns and understands RPM project delivery processes and requirements
- Evaluates systems, applications, and tools for implementing RPM processes and conducting RPM tasks with increased efficiency and/or quality and increasing value to clients
- Facilitates system, application, and tool selection to be used for RPM project delivery
- Configures, implements, and maintains (individually and/or managing others) systems, applications, and tools to be used for RPM project delivery
- Exhibits attention to detail, addresses deliverable feedback quickly and quality checks revisions
- Consistently exhibits professional, positive, respectful, and mature decorum during internal & external interactions
- Delivers on-time and communicates proactively when timing is at risk

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least five years work experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail required
- Effective and professional communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written) required
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required, familiarity with other applications in the Microsoft suite preferred
- Project management skills, preferred
- Familiarity with project management systems, document management systems and business process management systems, preferred
- Business English is essential
