The Neuroscience Account Representative will report to a Syneos Regional Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be part of an expanding CNS sales team launching a new drug to the market. The selected sales professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify and maximize new business opportunities with physicians and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to develop a strategic business plan and execute effectively to pull through sales
  • Demonstrate a strategic mind-set to gain access, educate and partner with key customers
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with the patient in mind and effectively pull-through marketing initiatives
  • Operate with a high level of integrity within compliance guidelines

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ Years Life Science Sales Experience
  • Experience in psychiatry and ADHD and / or Schizophrenia a plus
  • Strong experience selling launch products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an account selling mentality
  • Strong track record of sales success in portfolio selling
