Our Technical Solutions Lead is responsible for overseeing all software application architecture related to Syneos Health Communications agencies. The Technical Solutions Lead is responsible for researching, reviewing and making recommendations on any new and existing software applications or innovations from a perspective of design, integration and technical fit with other systems. In addition, they will also act as lead for user support for existing and future platforms. The Technical Solutions Lead will partner with Syneos Health IT and Boldsky Tech Solutions to provide system updates, integrations, or new tool implementation as needed.

Develops recommendations for streamlining business practices utilizing the system, including assessment of current standards, evaluation and providing recommendations to executive leadership, creating pilot programs, where applicable, standardizing training and communication plan for new initiatives within the system.
