Responsibilities

While reporting to the Area Sales Manager this role will provide critical oversight on matters related to the project and responsible for building external relationships with recognized experts, HCPs, and prioritized external stakeholders. 

The Account Manager will: 

  • Be responsible to implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. 
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. 
  • Be responsible for the administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: 

  • BA/BS degree required 
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical experience required 
  • 1 + Years of Psychiatric sales experience nice to have 
  • Established relationships in the geography is preferred 
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding results 
  • Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success via in person and e-promotion 
  • Self starter, highly motivated to succeed 
  • Strong communication skill, both written and verbal
