Salesforce Coordinator

The Salesforce Coordinator will support the US Medical Communications organization by owning all Salesforce.com activities. They will be integral in tracking organic growth, managing the pipeline, ensuring accuracy of business development efforts (current and new clients) and gross awards. 

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce.com opportunity entry/updates and associated SOW and Change Order entry
• Develop a communication cadence to gather and track pipeline updates from managing directors and project managers
• Facilitate monthly forecast upload and validate update accuracy in Salesforce.com (upsells, cancelations, backlog, etc)
• Work with Global Deal Management (GDM) and Project Financial Analyst (PFA) teams to ensure SOW approval status and amount is up to date in both Salesforce.com and Oracle
• Understand Xakia to create CDA and MSA request, and track appropriately
• Partner with other Salesforce coordinators and account managers when managing cross-enterprise opportunities
• Partner with Account & AM teams to ensure brands/client changes are up to date
• Develop and implement sales reporting and financial tracking reports (in Microsoft Excel)
• Open project codes in Oracle for new clients
• Work to enhance data quality, improving historical analysis and business development insights
• Facilitate new reporting methodology that explores previously under-utilized client/experience data
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders
