We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities

This opportunity is part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. Under moderate supervision, the Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outbound marketing and inbound customer support in a pharmaceutical environment. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can….

  • Compliantly drive sales to meet & exceed forecast
  • Develop deep product & competitor knowledge, as well as understanding local & regional market trends for virtual territory
  • Complete pre-and-post-call analysis
  • Develop business relationships with all medical & office staff of targeted medical practices through understanding & meeting the needs of the practices
  • Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has: 

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of virtual sales or B2B required, with 1 year of pharma experience preferred
  • Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion
  • Ability to learn quickly & apply disease state & product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner
  • Initiative; self-motivation & performance driven

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.
