Responsibilities

This opportunity is part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.

Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. Under moderate supervision, the Hybrid Virtual/Field Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outbound marketing and inbound customer support in a pharmaceutical environment. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.


In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can….

  • Implement and execute in a compliant manner marketing and sales direction to achieve territory objectives
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of aligned targets both virtually and in person as needed
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic interactions with assigned targets
  • Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre-/post-call analysis proficiency
  • Work with internal client regulatory and medical affairs and Engagement Center Manager to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs
  • Understand and utilize Telephony system and record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum required
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 2+ years of vaccine sales experience and/or “Buy and Bill” experience preferred
  • Both virtual and face to face sales experience
  • Strong Account Management and collaboration skills required
  • Experience in digital, tele or related multi-channel
  • Technical/computer proficiency including MS Office
  • Self-motivated with strong performance orientation; expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success via e-promotion
  • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Advanced business acumen skills

  • Established relationships in local clinics/hospitals/offices
  • Experience with managed care pull through
  • Hospital sales experience
