OverviewCoordinates incidents and technical projects, responsible for end-to-end progress of deliverables and KPIs
Manages and coordinates projects end-to-end (initiation, design, engineering development and implementation) measuring progress of deliverables / KPIs and enforcing agile methodologies throughout the project
Manages and prioritizes the project stream, working with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements
Provides budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization
Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Familiar with broad range of development (software, storage, network), release processes, data analysis, wire-framing, system design, and road mapping, business/technical architecture
Proactive communicator willing and able to bring people of various backgrounds together to foster a productive team dialogue through strong leadership
Demonstrates initiative and a strong desire to see projects end-to-end
Comfortable providing guidance to numerous team members on various work-streams at once
