In this role, we are seeking an experienced customer-facing BA/BI candidate with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. The positions will start with a combination of commercial BA/BI and Project Management responsibilities. The candidates will be involved in day-to-day business discussions with key stakeholders and are expected to participate and manage daily project updates, collaborate with internal development team on new business initiatives, gather requirements, and will be involved in the technical development of reporting needs, and respond to queries from users. The selected candidates should be able to turn around client adhoc requests quickly, doing some of the hands-on query building themselves, and reach out to the dev team for ongoing business initiatives and for advanced questions. They should understand the business, industry, respective domains, and data well, and adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment.
