If so, you may be a great fit for a new and exciting Account Executive level role with Chamberlain Healthcare Public Relations

The Account Executive will have the opportunity to help develop and implement programs across two account one focused on CNS (MS) and another supporting patient advocacy teams across multiple disease states.

 

Job Summary:

  • Account support opportunities for high-profile pharmaceutical client with a focus on CNS and advocacy
  • Work with energized teams and engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, creative and quick thinking and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Program support (e.g., activities tracker / timeline creation and management, program materials development, etc.)
  • Material development inlclude press releases, backgrounders, pitch materials and media strategy materials
  • Facilitating client’s formal medical/legal/regulatory review process, including scientific referencing of documents
  • Conducting research and distilling key findings for team presentation
  • Media list development and maintenance
  • Media monitoring and results reporting
  • Weekly / monthly budget tracking and billing, as well as monthly activity report development
  • Organizing regular internal and client touch bases, including agenda / activities tracker maintenance, as well as recap development

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industries 
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment 
  • Account is fast-paced, so prioritization and time management skills are of utmost importance
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties 
  • Must have strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Traditional and social media experience and passion 
  • Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator
  • Experience with data communications a plus but not required

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.
