The Clinical Practice Liaison (CPL) will be responsible for interactions with neurorehabilitation Healthcare Providers (HCP) both one-to-one as well as in a group setting (both virtual and on-site) in support of study recruitment and real-world clinical practice. The Clinical Practice Liaison will:

  • Execute field-based medical and scientific initiatives
  • Facilitate mutual exchange with HCPs involved in spasticity management to align interests and discuss scientific and medical information relevant to clinical patient management
  • Build and sustain subject matter expertise in spasticity management, the client’s marketed and pipeline therapies, and the competitive landscape
  • Field-based position covering a specified territory through a mix of live and virtual channels

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Advanced PT or OT preferred, or NP, PA, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related work experience (e.g., clinical, managed care, or industry experience) required
  • 2+ years of field experience preferred
  • Clinical expertise in the management of patients with neurological/movement disorder; knowledge of clinical trials
  • Neuroscience/mobility impaired background preferred
  • Ability to travel 50-70%, overnights and weekends may be required, and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in-person interviews, local COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed.

I understand that if I am made an offer of employment, it will be conditioned on my demonstration I am fully vaccinated OR I plan to initiate vaccination by my start date AND be fully vaccinated within 4 weeks of start date against the COVID-19 virus.

I understand I can request an exemption from Syneos Health’s vaccination requirement based on a qualifying medical condition or sincerely held religious belief. However, in the event that I successfully obtain an exemption, I understand that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to adequately perform the essential functions of this position without imposing an undue hardship on Syneos Health due to the clients’ demands.
