The Field Talent Manager (FTM) is aligned to the Project Director (PD) to drive achievement of key business objectives, specific to contract requirements. This position supports all aspects of the co-employment agreement, as appropriate as well as supplements field coaching.

Key Areas of responsibility are:

  • Play significant role in monitoring the interviewing and hiring process to ensure alignment with the agreed upon hiring parameters, field implementation timelines and overall project objectives.
  • Under the direction of the PD, manage the employment process, offer thru start date, with candidate, client and appropriate Syneos Health personnel
  • Responsible for identifying training needs and support efforts in training, development and coaching of all direct reports
  • Maintain consistent and open communication with field sales team and appropriate client personnel, as needed
  • Drive Syneos Health Connectivity with field personnel, pulling thru the Syneos Health culture and communicating Syneos Health business updates
  • Assist in the understanding and compliance of co-employment guidelines, roles and responsibilities
  • Assist with the communication, highlighting the key objectives and opportunities within the IC plans, to optimize
  • expectations
  • Oversee data and metrics for assigned areas of responsibility and provide insight into data interpretation to identify proactive solutions

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 5-7 years minimum Pharmaceutical Sales Management experience OR 4 years minimum Human Resources Management experience with a strong focus in Employee Relations, Coaching and Recruiting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively internally and with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Successful track record of recruiting and selecting top talent.
  • Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
  • Experience in coaching for performance improvement including implementation of progressive discipline as it relates to sales or other performance objectives.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism as well as maintain confidentiality when appropriate.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work out of a home office and travel as required including field rides, trainings, and national meetings

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.
