Responsibilities

Join our advanced breast cancer team! An anchor account at B2, work on a large, energetic team passionate about improving lives of those impacted by breast cancer.
  • Support day-to-day activities and serve as point of contact on key projects for core clients
  • Support senior leads in development and execution of communications strategy, including development of external communications for regulatory and data milestones (e.g., press releases, fact sheets, videos, social media content) and patient education/reputational campaigns (e.g. educational materials, social media content, patient advocacy extensions)
  • Review and oversee development of timelines, calendars, action plans, runs of show, agendas, call notes and overall account support materials
  • Cross-functional project management with different teams (e.g., corporate communications, creative, digital/social) to ensure timely delivery of flawless materials and counsel to support account activities
  • Review and oversee milestone-specific media monitoring and results reporting
  • Support budget management and monthly billing processes
  • Regularly collaborate with partnering agencies, shared services, vendors, media and other third-parties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industries (required)
  • Experience and interest in healthcare (preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment (required)
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with external clients, internal staff and third-parties (required)
  • Must have strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
  • Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator

I understand that if I am made an offer of employment, it will be conditioned on my demonstration  I am fully vaccinated OR I plan to initiate vaccination by my start date AND be fully vaccinated within 4 weeks of start date against the COVID-19 virus.

However, in the event that I successfully obtain an exemption, I understand that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to adequately perform the essential functions of this position without imposing an undue hardship on Syneos Health due to the clients’ demands.
