The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for liaising and building relationships with priority Regional Payer Accounts, including Integrated Delivery Networks, and State FFS Medicaid.


The RAM is accountable for actively differentiating and selling the product, establishing its value proposition, facilitating P&T committee reviews, submitting bids, leading negotiations and executing contracts. The RAM is responsible for gaining formulary access and reimbursement of the client’s lead candidate.

This role requires the RAM to interact with a broad set of professionals including pharmacy directors, medical directors, P&T committees and contracting managers. The successful candidate is expected to be a high-impact professional who will be evaluated against established access and reimbursement objectives. The RAM reports to the Director, Market Access

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • BS/BA degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years in biopharma sales or account management
  • Proven relationships with regional accounts (e.g., IDNs)
  • Experience negotiating and executing contracts
  • Women’s Health experience a plus
  • Ability to travel ~ 50%
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified 

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.
