The Studio Design Lead will direct, and champion ideas to elevate the creative standards of the studio. They are responsible for executing the creative vision and maintaining creative standards for all brands within their accounts. They will have oversight of creative initiatives through completion of projects with an inspiring vision to deliver strategic work to our clients. The Lead guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by his or her team. As Lead, you will also function as a collaborative cross functional partner who works with different areas of expertise to achieve a common goal.
You will work closely with the agency leads to help establish a trusting relationship by understanding the strategic vision of projects and have a thorough knowledge of all brand standards within their assigned pod. The Studio Design Lead is a senior role for leaders with a proven track record of effective communication, innovation, and high-level design problem-solving. The Studio Design Lead ensures that all projects and experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
In addition to supervising the entire design process and all-important technical decisions, we are looking for a Studio Design Lead who is able to quickly interpret business needs and briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions. Often working under tight deadlines while overseeing multiple projects, the Design Lead must be a skilled manager of creative teams (including but not limited to: art directors, copywriters, content strategists, graphic artists, and production designers).
