Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will report to a Syneos National Business Director. The selected candidate will be an integral part of an expanding nationwide CNS sales team launching a new drug to the market. The Regional Sales Manager will be directly responsible to hire, train, develop and coach a successful sales team in the assigned Region.  You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region
  • Lead with a strategic mindset developing business plans to successfully achieve sales results
  • Identify opportunities in multiple local markets and successfully pull through marketing strategies
  • Develop strategies to balance and strategically pull through portfolio selling successfully
  • Monitor all field activities and lead with integrity to ensure compliance guidelines are met

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an encouraging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ Years Life Science Sales
  • 3+ Regional or District Manager experience required
  • Psychiatry experience in the areas of ADHD and / or Schizophrenia a plus
  • Product Launch experience leading others in competitive markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and / or experience in start-up environments
  • Strong track record of sales success  
  • Ability to travel as necessary, including overnights
