The Learning and Development Manager (LDM) is primarily responsible for the successful development, delivery, execution, commissioning, management, and evaluation of all of the client’s training-related needs. Working closely with the Senior Learning & Development Leader & Syneos Health (SYNH) Deployment Solutions field-based teams.
Be the learning development manager and go-to expert for all relevant projects within Deployment Solutions Europe.
Ensures any course/ programme design alignment is in line with client business goals and results-focused outcomes so the impact can be measured effectively.
Assess and validates client needs to identify training gaps, document outcomes, and recommend learning solutions tomeet the client needsof the project; includes strategic engagement with the client throughout the project.
Oversees implementation of and delivers all training programs, including Initial Training Programmes, new starter backfills training and advanced training, virtual training & cycle meetings.
Works with Field Sales Management Team to provide coaching and support on field effectiveness.
Conducts initial and ongoing training needs analyses.
Develops Training Roadmaps, which include a defined curriculum with recommended modality and sequencing, that enables learner outcomes.
When necessary, commission and managethird-party providers to develop and/or deliver specific training needs.
Educated to Degree level ideally in L&D or Life Sciences.
Previous Sales / KAM experience within Pharma Essential.
Experience in working within an L&D Business Unit or COE within Pharma.
Competent understanding of training theory, ALPs, course/ instructional design, and in-person and remote delivery modalities.
Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
Good levelofEnglish, German, Italian and French speaking and writing skills.
