If there’s one thing your years of clinical training and patient education have taught you, it’s how to manage priorities, and move seamlessly from one challenge to the next. You get people to listen to your wise advice, and to overcome their fears of new and existing medical therapies by instilling confidence and sharing expertise while displaying passion.
The CML will play a major role in the provision of affirmative HIV disease state, treatment and product education to people living with HIV (PLWHIV) and those at risk for HIV, case managers, social workers, peer educators and healthcare providers. The primary goals of the education are to empower PLWHIV or at risk of acquiring HIV and those supporting patients with knowledge that will ultimately drive HIV testing, linkage to care, diagnosis, effective treatment, and prevention of HIV.
The CML will be responsible for working within an assigned territory providing face-to-face and virtual speaking engagements as medical faculty to patient groups, community-based organization professionals, PLWHIV and HCPs on programs based on approved services, information, tools and resources.
