Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to support the account team on the day-to-day running of the client account. This will include timing plans, estimates, budget control and assisting the trafficking of work through the creative services department, which will enable us to provide you with a solid grounding in servicing our clients’ needs. We are looking for individuals to join our award-winning advertising team, which brings together innovation and leading creativity.

Responsibilities

•Begin to build a reputation for effective and reliable delivery of high-quality projects
•Build a thorough knowledge of expectations, processes and timelines involved in effective, high-quality project management
•Deliver consistent quality, with proactive, effective and efficient results that meet or exceed client expectations
•Begin to build a thorough knowledge of the agency’s business operations, shared services and other divisions
•Begin to understand budgeting and invoicing processes
•Begin to build a knowledge of advertising and customer insights
•Begin to develop an understanding of the overall healthcare industry
•Understanding how/when to identify and flag issues
•Provide team support as required, working with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude

Job Requirements

•Degree educated
•Good organisational and administration skills
•Strong communications skills
•The ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
•The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines
•Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills
•Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
•Ideally has relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
•Fluency in German and English
