Provides extensive HR support to the Communications business, ensuring a positive employee experience. Act as point person for escalated and complex HR issues. Participates in the development and administration of HR strategies while implementing HR policy and procedure. Builds strong professional relationships with Managers and employees within the Communications organization and other partners and stakeholders across Syneos. Provides HR project execution support as needed.
