The Community Health Account Executive will be responsible for driving awareness, education and utilization for our client within a defined list of Health Care Providers (HCPs).

  • Within an assigned territory, the Referral Specialist will utilize all marketing designed for identified HCPs. Contacts include, but are not limited to, physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel
  • Build relationships with professionals in rehab, and skilled nursing facilities so they understand the value of client
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure effective coverage of territory and transition of qualified leads

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4+ years healthcare experience
  • Understanding of Senior Care Living resources (Assisted Living, Home Care, Memory Care)
  • Ability to navigate the Primary Care and Specialist Offices that may include Neurologists, Ophthalmologists and Gerontologists.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM/SalesForce
  • MSW a plus!
  • Prior referral/lead generation experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success with outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends

Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed.

However, in the event that I successfully obtain an exemption, I understand that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to adequately perform the essential functions of this position without imposing an undue hardship on Syneos Health due to the clients’ demands.
