This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to full-time.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Global Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing, you will help execute strategies designed to communicate “Why Syneos Health” to talent from the life sciences industry. You will bring new ideas and tactics to the forefront to attract and retain the best of the best. You’ll make an impact by:

• Executing global Syneos Health employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent through high-quality, authentic storytelling 
• Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and executions, and editing videos for recruitment marketing campaigns
• Social media content creation 
• Implementing organic and paid advertising campaigns 
• Evaluating ROI for social media channels; advertising, email, and text campaigns; careers site traffic; and job boards
• Ensuring employer brand consistency across digital and social properties  
• Liaising with Global Corporate Communications and Marketing to adhere to corporate brand standards 
• Managing vendor relationships for designated partners  
• Staying abreast of Employment Branding and Recruitment Marketing trends 

Please note this is a 6 month assignment.

 

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:              

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  
• 5+ years’ recruitment marketing experience. Recruitment advertising agency or RPO experience a plus  
• Experience with CRMs highly preferred 
• HTML experience highly preferred
• Effectively develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationship and external media partnerships 
• Ability to work in matrix environment and a part of global team  

I understand that if I am made an offer of employment, it will be conditioned on my demonstration  I am fully vaccinated OR I plan to initiate vaccination by my start date AND be fully vaccinated within 4 weeks of start date against the COVID-19 virus.   ​
