Senior Software Engineer

Job Requirements

• 4+ yrs of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript & Node.js Full stack disposition (professional experience on backend strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Strong understanding of database architecture and performance
• Strong understanding of asynchronous, object oriented, and functional programming design patterns
• Experience working with AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS/Kinesis)
• Experience with other enterprise server-side languages a plus (e.g. Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Experience with React.js (Redux and React Native a plus)
• Experience developing and scaling REST APIs for various platforms
• Experience developing low latency, high availability applications
• Ability to deliver within a fast-paced agile software development environment
• Experience developing in serverless microservice environments a plus
