The Program Account Manager will assume a leadership role for the Engagement Center (EC) programs and work in close partnership with the EC leadership team, as well as the EC account management colleagues. There will be an expectation to provide input into key decisions as the EC grows, being responsible not only for delivery of existing business, but also for contributing to the growth and development of the business and the internal team for long-term success. The Program Account Manager will also be responsible for providing consultative support and recommendations to clients to align business requirements with Engagement Center services and system capabilities and account management responsibilities. Key activities include performance or oversight of day-to-day project administrative tasks, coordination, and oversight of interdepartmental operational efforts to support the project, and communication of reports.

  • Provide standard account management deliverables for assigned accounts, including regular, proactive communication via scheduled meetings, meeting agendas and notes, regular and ad hoc client reports, driving business reviews and invoicing related activities.
  • Compile the following deliverables: communication plan, resource plan, risk management plan, scope baseline, work breakdown structure, project schedule, cost management plan, quality management plan for each project assigned.
  • Manage individual accounts/projects.
  • Strategize solutions to implement work plans that meet revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate ability to provide strategic planning support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper resourcing for work plans.
  • Train, manage, communicate with aligned team of Engagement Center managers and project reps
  • Communicate with key individuals about the status of issues/resolutions and deliverables.
  • Accurately develop all materials prior to client distribution (including agendas/meeting)
  • Proactively manage projects and leverage/share best practices whenever possible.
  • Prioritize and set expectations on activities / responsibilities with project business lead by communicating capabilities/limitations to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Generate periodic updates to keep business team apprised of operational state.
  • Prepare formal presentations to include collating data.
  • Monitor project parameters and approve payout of incentive compensation within project guidelines
  • Liaise with Human Resources for personnel actions, as needed.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of operational support that is provided to assigned project(s).
  • Familiarization of and adherence to all processes, tools, and technology for those departments that directly support assigned project(s).
  • Coordinate with business lead to process contracts through pricing and approval process
  • Accountable and responsible for all budgeting, invoicing, and forecast management.

  • BA/BS degree or greater.
  • 2 + years of experience of working in a client-facing project manager role in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • 3+ years of contact center experience across both patient/customer inbound and outbound programs.
  • 1+ years direct management oversight of project team.
  • Consistently demonstrate a pro-active, customer centric, solution-based approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to motivate peers and affiliated colleagues. • Demonstrate accountability and self-awareness
  • Project a positive and inclusive attitude.

  • Ability to accurately perform steps related to proposal generation (work orders).
  • Competency with information systems & logistics as it relates to client needs.
  • Strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office Suite.
